Choosing standard or widescreen aspect ratio for an existing slide show

You can set the aspect ratio for an individual slide show to either standard or widescreen.

To set the default aspect ratio for new slide shows

1	Click on the Settings... toolbar button or choose File > Document Settings... from the menu.

2	Select the Appearance tab in the settings dialog.

3	Check or uncheck the widescreen (16:9) check box to select widescreen or standard aspect ratio.

You can change the aspect ratio for any new slide shows you create using the preferences (see choosing the default standard or widescreen aspect ratio for new slide shows).
