Choosing the default standard or widescreen aspect ratio for new slide shows

When you create a new slide show, you can indicate the default aspect ratio: standard or widescreen.

To set the default aspect ratio for new slide shows

1	Choose Motion Pictures > Preferences....

2	Select the Video tab in the preferences dialog.

3	Select either standard (4:3) or widescreen (16:9) aspect ratio.

Any new slide show you create will have the desired aspect ratio. You can change the aspect ratio for a specific slide show (see choosing standard or widescreen aspect ratio for an existing slide show).
