Changing the order of pictures

To change the order of pictures by dragging

•	Select pictures and drag them to re-order them in the picture list.

To sort selected pictures

1	Select pictures that you you wish to sort in the picture list.

2	Control-click or right click on the selected pictures or else click on the Group Pictures in the toolbar. This will display a pop-up menu.

3	Click on the button in the pop-up window to sort by date, sort by name, or sort randomly.

To reorder pictures and slides using the slide sorter

1	Choose Window > Slide Sorter....

2	Select slides to drag and drop.

3	Drag selected slides to new positions.

4	Choose one of the sorting options in the Action menu.
